
Operations Executive

Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring effective execution across all departments.
2. Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, streamline workflows, and optimize resource allocation to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
3. Team Management: Actively participate in staffing requirements, hire new employees, lead team and provide training as needed. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of department heads and operational staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
4. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to measure and evaluate departmental performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
5. Process Improvement: Continuously assess operational procedures and policies, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality and customer satisfaction.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination and alignment of operational activities with overall organizational goals.
8. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations to deliver products and services of the highest quality.
9. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
10. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, partners, and customers, to ensure smooth operations and address concerns proactively.
11. Business Development: Oversee existing business profitability, sales and seeking growth and new business opportunities.
12. Inventory Management: Oversee Inventory, reduce stock differences.
13. Review: Conduct weekly and monthly outlet performance reviews.
14. Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, supervise and maintain quality assurance protocols at each levels.
15. Incident Reporting: Update and prepare summary incident reports on critical/ complex/ major incidents suitable for internal and external management review.
16. System Efficiency: Develop and maintain system standards, policies and procedures and ensure templates are followed.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
