**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Any graduate.
- **Experience**: 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B telesales or tele-calling.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- **Requirements**:

- Must commute to the office daily (no WFH).
- Willingness to relocate if necessary.
- Should own and use a personal laptop for work.
- Commitment to long-term association with the organization.
- Ability to join immediately.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Outbound Calls:
Make calls to prospective customers to introduce and explain products or services.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

2. Sales and Conversions:
Identify customer needs and pitch relevant solutions.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

3. Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Build rapport with customers to foster trust and loyalty.

4. Handling Queries:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.

Resolve customer complaints and handle objections effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
