**Job description**

We are Hiring 350 Quality Control Analysts for our Bengaluru Centre.

**Role & responsibilities**

1. Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of processed transactions and claims, minimizing errors and discrepancies.

2. Monitor: Check the quality of transactions done by the automated AI systems

3. Verification and Validation: Review and validate the authenticity of documents and information provided for each transaction or claim.

4. Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of processed transactions and claims, ensuring that all relevant details are accurately recorded.

5. Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and data security protocols while processing transactions and claims.

6. Client Communication: Interact with clients or customers to provide information, updates, and assistance regarding their transactions or claims when required.

7. Transactions/Claim Processing: Process a variety of transactions and claims, adhering to established guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance requirements.

8. Data Entry: Accurately enter and verify data related to transactions and claims in the designated systems or databases.

9. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any inquiries, issues, or discrepancies related to transactions or claims promptly and professionally.

10. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the organization, including processing time, accuracy, and productivity.

11. Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and share suggestions with the team or supervisors to enhance overall efficiency.

1. Graduation in B-Pharmacy or M-Pharmacy or D-Pharmacy is Must

2. Freshers can apply.
