**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Provide detailed information about the showroom's furniture products, pricing, and promotions.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate furniture options.
- Schedule appointments for customers to visit the showroom or arrange home visits for consultations.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clear record of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on quotes and sales to ensure timely closure.
- Promote any special offers or discounts to increase sales.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive brand image of the showroom.
- Update and maintain accurate customer databases.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and persuasive phone manner.
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of computer software (CRM, MS Office, etc.).
- Ability to build and maintain good customer relationships.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling or sales in any industry.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
