Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate furniture and home décor products, highlighting features and benefits.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns.

- **Sales Performance**:

- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
- Manage sales transactions, including payment processing and order placement.
- **Showroom Management**:

- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained and organized.
- Assist with merchandising and product displays.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about current furniture trends and product offerings.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products to customers.
- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**:

- Build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

- Prepare and issue invoices.
