**Baby Jalebi** is a **premium baby lifestyle brand** with a strong **digital-first presence** and a loyal customer base across India and the Middle East. We're looking for a **Marketplace Executive** to join our Gurgaon HQ and take charge of our **marketplace operations and backend management**.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Marketplace Management**:

- Handle listings, content updates, pricing, and inventory across platforms like **Amazon, Ajio, FirstCry**, and others.
- Ensure product visibility and optimize listings for better rankings and conversions.
- Manage promotions, deals, and coordinate campaigns with platform account managers.
- Handle order processing, stock sync, and return management.
- **Backend Operations**:

- Use **Unicommerce** for inventory management, order flow, and syncing across marketplaces and the website.
- Analyze marketplace trends, competitor pricing, and sales data to improve performance.
- **Negotiations & Communication**:

- Liaise with platform teams for visibility opportunities, promotions, and negotiations.
- **Excel Reporting**:

- Prepare sales reports, stock sheets, and data analysis using **advanced Excel skills** (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- **Basic Digital Marketing Support**:

- Collaborate with the performance marketing team for campaign insights and track marketplace ad spends.
- Assist in keyword research and basic SEO for product listings.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **3+ years** of hands-on experience in **marketplace operations** (Amazon, Ajio, FirstCry, etc.).
- Proficient in **Unicommerce** or similar order management systems.
- Strong **Excel** and **reporting** skills.
- Confident communication and **negotiation skills** with platform teams.
- Basic understanding of **digital marketing metrics** (nice to have).
- Knowledge of **listing optimization**, keywords, and marketplace SEO.
- Must be **Gurgaon-based** and able to work from the office **6 days a week**.
