About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketplace Manager to lead and grow our presence across multiple online marketplaces. The role requires strong expertise in marketplace strategy, operations, and team management to drive sales, improve visibility, and strengthen brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage marketplace operations across platforms like Amazon, AJIO, Nykaa, Myntra, Tata Cliq, etc.

  2. Develop and execute strategies to maximise revenue, visibility, and ROI.

  3. Oversee product listings, catalog management, pricing, promotions, and inventory planning.

  4. Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth marketplace operations.

  5. Analyse sales reports, marketplace trends, and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.

  6. Build strong relationships with marketplace account managers and ensure compliance with platform policies.

  7. Plan and execute promotional campaigns during sales/events for maximum impact.

  8. Lead, mentor, and guide junior marketplace executives to achieve team targets.

Requirements:

  1. 5 years of experience in marketplace management/e-commerce.

  2. Proven track record of driving sales growth on major marketplaces.

  3. Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  4. Proficiency in Excel and marketplace reporting tools.

  5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
