Logistics Incharge

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Logistics Planning and Coordination**:Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain processes.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure seamless flow of materials and finished goods.

**Inventory Management**:Monitor and control inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing holding costs.
Conduct regular inventory audits and implement strategies to reduce stockouts and overstock situations.

**Transportation Management**:Oversee transportation activities, including route planning, carrier selection, and cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and implement best practices for freight management.

**Warehouse Management**:Supervise warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods.
Implement safety protocols and quality control measures within the warehouse.

**Vendor Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics service providers.
Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve cost savings and service level improvements.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:Utilize data analytics tools to track key logistics metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, cost analysis, and other relevant KPIs.

**Continuous Improvement**:Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance logistics efficiency.

**Compliance**:Ensure compliance with local and international regulations governing logistics and transportation.
Stay informed about changes in regulations and adjust processes accordingly.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
