**Job Title: Graphic Designer & Video Editor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, design, and create visually striking graphics for digital and print materials including but not limited to social media posts, website banners, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
- Develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Edit and enhance raw footage to produce high-quality videos for promotional, instructional, and informational purposes.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure that design and video content meets project requirements and deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia production techniques.
- Maintain and organize digital assets including graphics, videos, and project files for easy access and retrieval.
- Provide creative input and contribute ideas to brainstorming sessions and creative meetings.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize design and video editing processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a graphic designer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent design and video editing software.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, and 3D modeling is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and social media trends is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
