**Job Title: Surveyor (Construction)**
**Reports to: Project Manager**
**Location: Vile Parle**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and site conditions.
2. Collect and analyze data using surveying equipment, such as total stations, GPS, and leveling instruments.
3. Prepare and maintain accurate records, including survey notes, drawings, and reports.
4. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure survey data is accurately incorporated into project plans.
5. Verify and validate survey data to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
6. Perform quality control checks on survey work and equipment.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in surveying for construction projects.
3. Skills:

- Proficiency in surveying software and equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Certifications: Knowledge of surveying certifications, such as LS (Licensed Surveyor), is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
