**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and target potential customers through various online platforms, including social media, websites, and industry-specific databases.
- **Lead Qualification**: Assess leads to determine their level of interest and potential fit for our products/services.
- **Customer Engagement**: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing information on our offerings.
- **Sales Presentations**: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, both online and in-person, showcasing the benefits and value of our products/services.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs. Skillfully negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and potential market shifts.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and execute effective sales strategies, including pricing, promotions, and sales campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively present and communicate the value of our products/services.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of [industry or sector] is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
