Process Trainer Needed From Capital Market Firm

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and deliver training programs for operations staff on equity trading, settlement, and risk management processes.

2. Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.

3. Create training materials, user guides, and presentation slides.

4. Deliver classroom training, on-the-job training, and online training sessions.

5. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.

7. Develop and maintain training records and reports.

**Requirements**:
1. 2+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in the financial sector.

2. Strong knowledge of equity markets and operations processes.

3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Adult learning principles and instructional design experience.

5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Desirable Qualifications:
1. Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, CTT+).

2. Experience with e-learning authoring tools.

3. Familiarity with equity trading platforms.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- US shift
