**Job description - Quantity Surveyor / Planning Engineer**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Evaluating construction plans and determining necessary quantities.

2. Examining maintenance and material expenses, along with contracts to secure the most advantageous deals.

3. Coordinating with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.

4. Creating reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other relevant documents.

5. Recommending enhancements and new strategies to managers and clients.

6. Tracking material quantity and placing orders when necessary.

7. Recording any design modifications and updating budgets accordingly.

8. Building and sustaining professional relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.

9. Traveling from the office to various sites as needed.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:
