Duties &

**Responsibilities**:
1. Quantity take off from Contract / Construction issue drawings and shop
drawings.
2. Review Tender Documents (Conditions of Contract, Instructions to Tenderers,
Subcontract Conditions of Contract and BOQs), proposed & prepared by the
Consultant
3. Floating material enquiry and Collect Quotations for materials / contractors
4. Preparation of Comparative Statements and Cost Estimations
5. Measuring Quantities from RFA’s and Drawings.
6. Review all Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings and monitor against an
approved Cost Plan/ Budget and assist in tracking any changes or
discrepancies
(monthly invoicing) based on work done.
8. Preparation and validation of Interim Valuations for sub-contractors
.Subcontract invoicing to be evaluated & determine their payments based on
actual works done at site (Sub-contract PC’s to be maintained).
9. Monitoring the Programme and Progress of works.
10.Cost comparison with Allowable and Actual.
11.Perform quantity checks and estimates, material take off.
12.Monitoring payments to ensure cash is received on time and in full, including
the timely issue and agreement of evaluation and certificates.

Education

B. Tech / B.E / Diploma

Skills / Knowledge

1. Should have thorough knowledge of Standard Method of Measurements such
as POMI, CESMM-3, and SMM-7
2. Should have thorough knowledge of FIDIC - 87 / 99 conditions of contracts
3. Solid computer skills are required AutoCAD, EXCEL, MS WORD and related
quantity surveying and estimation software

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
