**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Dishwashing and Cleaning**:

- Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen tools as per health and safety standards.
- Ensure that all dishwashing machines are operating properly and report any malfunctions.
- Store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas.

**2. Kitchen and Dining Area Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, dishwashing areas, and storage spaces.
- Ensure all garbage bins are emptied regularly and areas are sanitized.
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors in the kitchen and dining areas to ensure a clean environment.

**3. Support for Kitchen Staff**:

- Assist chefs and cooks by organizing and cleaning work areas.
- Ensure kitchen tools and equipment are readily available for the cooking team.
- Help with the preparation of ingredients as requested by kitchen staff.

**4. Stock and Inventory Management**:

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, dishware, and utensils.
- Replenish supplies as necessary and notify the supervisor of low stock levels.
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries of supplies.

**5. Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols in the kitchen and dining area.
- Adhere to all health regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and waste management.
- Report any unsafe working conditions or accidents to management immediately.

**6. Guest Experience**:

- Occasionally assist in setting up dining areas or delivering items to tables, when required.
- Ensure that the restaurant's atmosphere remains clean and welcoming.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
