**Job Summary**:
- I**dentify and Prospect Clients**: Research and identify potential clients in the target market. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- **Client Needs Analysis**:Conduct in-depth needs analysis and consultative selling with clients to understand their IT requirements, pain points, and business objectives.
- **Product and Solution Presentation**: Present and demonstrate IT products, services, and solutions to clients, showcasing their features and benefits in alignment with the client's needs.
- **Sales Pitch and Proposals**: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, quotes, and contracts that address clients' objectives and budgetary constraints.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration with Technical Teams**: Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate technical information to clients during the pre-sales process.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, aiming for win-win outcomes, and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue quotas.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track sales progress, and provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other sales-related metrics.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Utilize CRM software and sales tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and technical support, to deliver seamless customer experiences and ensure customer success.
- **Client Follow-Up**: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, address any concerns, and explore upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- **Industry Events and Networking**: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the organization and expand the client network.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on the latest IT industry developments, products, and best practices to enhance your sales expertise.
