Qualification: Diploma in Welding and Sheet Metal
- **Should have 1+ years of experience in Fabrication field**:

- Supervise day-to-day fabrication activities to ensure production targets are met as per the schedule.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints accurately for efficient production planning.
- Perform material estimation and calculation based on production requirements.
- Monitor workforce performance and guide technicians/operators for optimal output.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain proper documentation and reports related to production and inventory.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., design, QA, procurement) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Travel anywhere within India or abroad for **installation and commissioning** activities as required.
- Sound knowledge of fabrication processes including welding and sheet metal work.
- Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and safety practices used in fabrication.
