_System _Administrator, _L2- (Work from office)_

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
- Install, configure, and upgrade server operating systems, such as Windows Server 2019, 2016, and 2012.
- Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to desktop operating systems, specifically Windows 11 and 10.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of hardware components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Handle backups, both on-premises and in the cloud, to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery preparedness.
- Possess working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and webservers to manage user accounts, security settings, and network services.
- Familiarity with FortiGate firewalls and multi-location network environments is an added advantage.
- Experience in virtualized infrastructure management, particularly with VMware Vcenter and hosts 6.5, 6.7, and 7.0.
- Provide remote support to users across multiple locations,resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and users at all levels of the organization.

Job Requirements:
1) Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a System Administrator.

2) Proficiency in managing and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.

3) Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with server operating systems, including Windows Server 2019, 2016, and 2012.

4) In-depth understanding of desktop operating systems, specifically Windows 11 and 10.

5) Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and webservers.

7) Additional knowledge of FortiGate firewalls, multi-location network environments, and virtualized infrastructures (VMware Vcenter) is advantageous.

8) Proven ability to provide remote support to users and resolve technical issues.

9) Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

10) Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
