Qualification
- LL.B/LLM from premier law colleges

(all qualifications must be from AICTE/UGC approved colleges/institutes)

**Required Skills**:
Litigation handling experience in matters relating to Company law, consumer law, criminal law, civil suits, writs etc. with sound drafting skills.

Well versed with drafting of legal notices, cease and desist notices, petitions, appeals.

Sound understanding of general corporate laws, including consumer protection, insolvency, e-commerce guidelines, contracts.

Liaison with investigation agencies, police officers, regulators and other government officials and responding to their queries/notices.

Abreast about negotiation and mediation skills, pre-litigation handling procedures and dispute prevention methodologies.

Act as legal counsel on commercial, corporate, and project matters

including service contracts, commercial contracts, consultancy contracts,

employment contracts, loan agreements, joint ventures, MOUs, NDAs,

regulatory matters, intellectual property, IT, and trade issues.

Excellent in written and oral communications, working with cross functional teams, interaction with internal and external stakeholders, power point presentations.

Able to effectively co-ordinate with advocates, law firms and briefing to senior counsels.

Updated with business and legal environment, new laws, policies, judgments etc.

Required Behavioral Skills:
Collaborative, proactive and receptive attitude with highest degree of integrity and commitment.

Self-disciplined, punctual, confident and due adherence with organizations policy.

Open to travel.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
