**Job Description**:
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented eCommerce Expert to lead and optimize our online store operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving online sales, improving the customer journey, managing product listings, optimizing for SEO, and leveraging data to improve conversions and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize our eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Etc.)

Develop and implement digital sales strategies to boost traffic and conversions

Monitor and improve the user experience across all devices

Analyze data and performance metrics to inform decision-making

Collaborate with marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations

Stay up-to-date with eCommerce trends, tools, and best practices

Manage product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory coordination

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an eCommerce Manager, Strategist, or similar role

Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and eCommerce analytics tools

Proficiency with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or similar

Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles and CRO strategies

Strong project management and communication skills

A data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
