**Position Title**: Mid-Level Interior Designer
**Location**: Nagpur
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Required**: 3-5 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**: Create innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- **Client Coordination**: Engage with clients to understand requirements, present design ideas, and incorporate feedback.
- **Project Execution**: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and material boards. Supervise project progress and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- **Site Visits & Inspections**: Conduct regular site visits to monitor implementation, resolve design issues, and ensure quality standards.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, junior designers, and other team members for seamless project delivery.
- **Research & Sourcing**: Stay updated with industry trends, source materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- **Documentation**: Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and timely reporting as required for each project.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in interior design (residential, commercial, or mixed projects).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office, and relevant design software.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and space planning.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in project management and site execution.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices.
- Portfolio demonstrating completed projects in relevant sectors.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
