Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Student Guidance: Provide one-on-one counseling to students, helping them select appropriate academic programs, courses, and career paths related to AR/VR and AI.

Academic Planning: Assist students with course registration, understanding course requirements, and creating personalized academic plans.

Monitoring Progress: Track student progress, review academic performance, and recommend interventions or support resources for students who may be struggling.

Career Counseling: Advise students on career opportunities in the fields of AR/VR and AI, guiding them toward internships, job placements, and further educational options.

Support Services: Work closely with faculty and administration to address student concerns, academic challenges, and emotional well-being.

Workshops and Seminars: Organize workshops and seminars for students to help them understand the latest trends in AR/VR and AI and prepare for future career challenges.

Communication: Maintain regular communication with students, faculty, and staff to ensure the smooth running of academic activities.

Admissions Support: Assist in student recruitment by providing guidance during the admission process and informing prospective students about available courses.

**Skills**:Knowledge of academic programs in AR/VR and AI.

Counseling skills and the ability to provide emotional support to students.

Familiarity with academic software and student databases.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
