Hello

I'm currently hiring for **O2C Collections process**.

Collections - Experience in connecting with international customers Via Call.

Ø Good written and verbal communication

Ø Able to handle Inbound & Outbound call.

Ø Knowledge Dispute Management

Ø Good understanding on Account Reconciliation

Ø Understanding on Credit Management along with task which includes - Credit Limit Review ,Refunds, Order Management.

Ø Flexible with night shift.

Ø Ready to work in graveyard shift from 10pm -7am IST

Should have End-To-End understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) Cycle, Good Communication skills both verbal & written.

Pay: ₹220,096.34 - ₹525,000.05 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Shift allowance
