Job Summary
:We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Accounts Receivable (AR) O2C Collections Specialist to join our Finance team in Bangalore. This role requires strong expertise in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, particularly in international AR collections, with an ability to independently manage customer relationships, drive timely collections, ensure compliance, and deliver on key performance indicators like DSO and customer aging targets
.
Key Responsibilitie
- s:Handle endtoend international AR collections with strong focus on customer engagement and cash applicatio
- n.Ensure AR aging is maintained within targets by proactively following up with customer
- s.Drive Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and meet monthly collection goals and SLA
- s.Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and customers over calls and emails to ensure timely payment
- s.Deliver necessary AR reports, including aging analysis, collection metrics, and DSO report
- s.Identify risks or process gaps, recommend solutions, and implement controls to mitigate risk
- s.Research and resolve collection issues independently, ensuring positive client experienc
- e.Consistently meet daily deliverables and SLA requirement
- s.Demonstrate strong ownership and customercentric approach in managing collection

Qualifications & Skil
- ls:Bachelor's / Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration (B.Com/M.Com/BBA/MB
- A).25 years of relevant AR collections and O2C experience in international marke
- ts.Hands-on experience in Oracle Financials EBusiness Suite / Fusion preferr
- ed.Excellent oral and written English communication skills to interact with global custome
- rs.Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable principles and O2C proce
- ss.Selfdriven, motivated, and able to work independently as well as within a te
- am.Flexible to work in US night shifts, based out of Bangalore locati
on.
