DESCRIPTION:
1. Team member will be given leads which have to be handled through efficient communication (verbal) and to be judiciously followed up.
2. Team member will be expected to perform both the tasks of Sales Development (i.e. maturing new clients) and Sales Execution (i.e. to increase business of existing clients)
3. Above activities will help the team member to achieve various slabs as defined within the organization and this will help him / her earn better incentives
4. Salary increments are applicable multiple times in a year depending upon the performance of team member (Along with healthy incentives which can be earned by achieving / crossing respective slabs)
5. Each team member will be allocated Lead Management where they will be required to keep log of all their active leads
6. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
7. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Nursing: 2 years (preferred)
