**Position**: Warehouse Assistant
**Experience**: 4 to 6 Years (in Supply Chain & Distribution)

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and movement of goods.
- Ensure timely inward and outward of materials as per supply chain and distribution schedules.
- Support the warehouse manager in coordinating logistics and daily operational activities.
- Monitor inventory discrepancies and report for corrective actions.
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of products to maintain quality standards.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and distribution teams for smooth workflow.
- Comply with safety, security, and housekeeping standards in the warehouse.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of **warehouse operations, supply chain, and distribution processes**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel)** and exposure to **ERP** preferred.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent coordination and team collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

- Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in warehouse operations within **supply chain & distribution industry**.
