**We are hiring a Billing Executive with 3-5 years of experience, strong Tally & Excel skills, and a background in warehouse or logistics industries.**

**Position**: Billing Executive
**Location**: Giridih
**Experience**: 3 to 5 Years (Preferably in Warehouse & Logistics Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, generate, and verify invoices using **Tally ERP** and **Excel**.
- Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely submission of invoices to clients.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth billing operations.
- Track and maintain outstanding payments, follow up with clients, and support collection efforts.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports related to billing and receivables.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Proficiency in **Tally ERP** and **MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)**.
- Strong knowledge of billing, accounts, and financial reconciliation.
- Good understanding of warehouse & logistics billing processes.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

- Graduate in Commerce/Accounting or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in **warehouse, distribution, or logistics industries**.
