As a Junior Digital Marketing Executive, you will work alongside seasoned marketing professionals to execute data-driven digital strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our diverse client portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**
- Execute comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and website visibility
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, and content structure
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using industry-standard tools

**Social Media Marketing & Optimization (SMM/SMO)**
- Develop and implement engaging content strategies across multiple social media platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish compelling content that aligns with brand voice and objectives
- Optimize social media profiles to maximize reach and engagement
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to inform strategy

**Paid Advertising Campaigns**
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and ROI
- Manage campaign budgets and bid strategies to maximize cost-effectiveness
- Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights

**Analytics & Performance Tracking**
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates
- Utilize Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports with data-driven recommendations for optimization

**Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute innovative ideas for client campaigns
- Support senior team members in developing integrated digital marketing strategies

**Required Qualifications**

**Experience & Knowledge**
- 0-1 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (internships and projects considered)
- Fundamental understanding of SEO principles, social media marketing, and paid advertising
- Basic proficiency with digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and social media scheduling platforms
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices

**Technical Skills**
- Familiarity with content management systems and basic HTML/CSS (preferred)
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (advantageous)
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)

**Soft Skills**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tamil
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and professional development
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required

**Additional Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- Professional certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms (advantageous)
- Demonstrated interest in digital marketing through personal projects, blogs, or portfolio work
