**Location**: Gandhinagar, Gujarat (Onsite)
**Shift**: UK Shift (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST)

We are expanding our team and looking for talented professionals to help us grow across international markets like the UK, US, and Canada.

**Open Positions**

**1. Business Development Executive (International Market)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and convert international leads
- Manage the full sales cycle - from outreach to closing
- Maintain long-term client relationships
- Analyze global market trends
- Track and meet sales targets

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales (international preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- CRM experience is a plus
- Comfortable with UK shift and onsite role

**2. Digital Marketing Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate quality B2B leads
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance
- Collaborate with the sales team for demand generation

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of digital marketing experience (international focus preferred)
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong written English and campaign strategy skills

**3. Cold Calling Expert (International Market)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to international prospects (UK, US, Canada)
- Pitch IT and outsourcing services
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments
- Maintain call records and follow-ups in CRM

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in cold calling or telesales (international market)
- Fluent English communication
- Confidence in handling objections and converting interest into leads
- Comfortable working in UK time zone
