We Are Looking For The Position Of **Process Associate** For Our International **In/Out Bound Voice Process.**

Position**:Process Associate**
Domain: IN/OutBound Voice Process - Sales Function.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generating Potential Leads Over The Phone.
- Asking Questions To Engage Customers And Keep The Conversation Going.
- Analyzing The Customers' Needs.
- Gathering And Documenting Customer Information As Per The IQA.
- Answering Customers' Questions On The Products.

**Qualification**: Any Undergraduate/ Graduate
**Experience: Minimum 1 Year with International Telecom; Debt Settlement/Reconciliation; Energy Process will be preferred.**

Age Must Be Between 18+ To 35 Years.
Schooling Must Be From ICSE OR CBSE.
Excellent English Communication skills is mandatory.
Must Have A Valid Aadhar + PAN Card.
**Willing To Join Within One Day(S) Of Notice**

**Salary**: ₹14,200.00 - ₹25,200.00 per month
