Job Description: Process Associate (Night Shift) Location: Sec V, Salt Lake, Kolkata Job Type: Full-time Shift Timing: US Shift (5:30 PM - 7:00 AM; Any 9.5 hours) About the Role We are looking for a Process Associate to join our dynamic team. This role requires individuals with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to handle processes efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. Process Management: Execute assigned tasks efficiently while adhering to organizational policies and processes. Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Data Management: Accurately update and maintain records of customer interactions in the system. Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet quality and performance goals. Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance overall efficiency. Skills and Qualifications Education: A bachelors degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory). Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication in English. Adaptability: Willingness to work in night shifts to align with US time zones. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues effectively. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with basic computer applications and the ability to adapt to new software. Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and contribute positively to the team environment. Perks and Benefits Salary: 15,000 - 19,000 (Gross Salary).
