Job Description: Process Associate (Night Shift)

Location: Sec V, Salt Lake, Kolkata

Job Type: Full-time

Shift Timing: US Shift (5:30 PM - 7:00 AM; Any 9.5 hours)

Key Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication in English.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to work in night shifts to align with US time zones.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with basic computer applications and the ability to adapt to new software.
