An provide support anytime and in anywhere. **Primary Roles and Responsibilities**: As a Jr Desktop Systems Admin, you will be responsible - Raise order for IT equipment and maintain records of IT assets - Optimize IT asset management policies and procedures - Evaluate, implement, and maintain IT assets management systems - Keep accounting team posted on new assets purchase/Lease status and information - Familiar with leasing process - Advantage - Responsible for receiving on-site and remote equipment, inspections, and record into online system - Good knowledge on asset onboarding, asset refresh and disposal process - Manage End to End IT Asset inventory - Working on tickets and meeting defined SLA - Proactively identify and replace EOL assets. - Active participation on ongoing IT projects and meet deadlines by completing tasks on time - Effective documentation of process, policies and keep them up to date - Should Demonstrate initiatives to automate repetitive day to-day tasks. **QUALIFICATION**: **REQUIRED SKILLS**: - Experience in Windows 10 and MacOS****: - High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP and advanced formulas) - Must - Experience is basic PL/SQL, MS Access will be an added advantage - Familiarity with asset management systems and PC asset lifecycle processes - Advantage. - ITSM familiarity - Advantage - ITIL Foundation Certification - Conceptional knowledge of Information Technology - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven researching ability - Ticketing systems (*Remedy, JIRA etc) **Our commitment to you** BMC’s culture is built around its people.
