**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
- Understand customer needs, provide appropriate product information, and handle objections confidently.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to optimize results and resolve client issues effectively.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (B.Com preferred).
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in telesales, inside sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
