**Job Overview**:
We’re looking for a **self-driven MBA graduate** with a strong interest in **sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategy** to join **Micorza**. In this role, you’ll help position Micorza in the market, reach the right audiences, and drive customer acquisition. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to refine messaging, run outreach campaigns, and engage potential clients. This role is perfect for someone who takes initiative, enjoys connecting with people, and is motivated to turn conversations into growth opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the creation and execution of Micorza’s go-to-market and sales strategy.
- Conduct market research on industries, competitors, and customer segments.
- Reach out to prospects, schedule demos, and assist in lead nurturing.
- Work on product positioning and messaging tailored to different audiences.
- Measure and report on campaign effectiveness and conversion outcomes.
- Support partnership outreach (marketplaces, SaaS platforms, startup communities).
**What We’re Looking For**
- Recently completed MBA in Marketing, Strategy, or General Management.
- Self-driven, proactive, and motivated to work in a growth-oriented role.
- Strong interest in sales, customer engagement, and SaaS marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making calls, conducting outreach, and following up with prospects.
- Ability to think analytically, creatively, and strategically.
- Experience working in a startup and driven and high paced culture
**Bonus Points**
- Prior internship or project experience in a sales or marketing role.
- Understanding of startups, SaaS, or tech-driven business models.
