Job Description:

- Assist in creating product prototypes through experimentation and laboratory tests.
- Assist in gathering data for new product specifications.
- Assist in gathering experimental data on food production trials.
- Assist in identifying changes to existing processes and equipment.
- Assist in identifying process control, sampling and monitoring points and performance parameters to achieve critical material attributes of the final product.
- Assist in ingredient development and execution of related laboratory activities.
- Assist in physical testing on new food products from mass production.
- Assist in recipe formulation for mass food production purposes.
- Assist in troubleshooting new or modified production processes to resolve production, quality and regulatory compliance issues.
- Conduct chemical and microbiological tests.
- Gather product formulations and other information to build product profiles for marketing purposes.
- Gather sensory testing and consumer data for further product refinements.
- Participate in production trials and record test and development data throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Prepare samples, standards and solutions for testing of new products.
- Study methods to improve quality of new food products and compliance with food regulations during mass food production.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
