**Job Description**:
Oracle Administration

Exp
- 4 to 8 yrs

Np
- 15days to Immediate

Oracle Administrator SME and able to blueprint/design database architecture on AWS.

Strong knowledge & experience in the implementation of Oracle DR setup & DR testing.

Strong implementation & support experience in RMAN Backup, restore & recovery.

OS scripting knowledge for automation of various Oracle tasks like restore/recovery, roles/privileges export-import, etc.

Experience with Oracle user administration, roles & privilege

Experience on Oracle Version & patch Upgrade.

Experience in Enterprise Manager, RAC, Performance Tuning, and Database Development.

Expertise in complex SQL query formation & troubleshooting

Cloud Administration:
Experience in handling Oracle database Cloud Migration Projects from On-prem to AWS Cloud.

Experience in any Cloud migration tool like Cloud Endure, AWS Migration service, etc.

Experience & exposure on AWS DR setup & testing on AWS

Experienced in configuring and maintaining Amazon Web Services (IAM, EC2, S3, ELB, RDS, VPC, EBS & EFS).

Should have experience working with AWS through console and CLI (Command Line Interface)

Experience in AMI, EFS/EBS backup & restore.

knowledge of Unix Fundamentals, troubleshooting skills on OS, LVM, RAID, and related system issues.

Exposure to Networking concepts like TCP/IP, DHCP, IP Routing, and Name Resolution.

Around 8-12 years overall Oracle Administration experience.

Architecting Oracle database setup on AWS cloud

Experience in migrating Oracle database from on-prem to AWS.

Oracle DR setup on AWS.

RMAN backup & restore/recovery configuration & operation expertise.

Good experience & exposure to scripting.

Good experience in SQL query tuning & oracle user administration.

Aware of agile methodologies.

Strong communication skills - able to collaborate with functional and IT resources to understand business requirements and determine the best technical approach to solutions.
