**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and oversee the international logistics operations, including the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation, labelling, and tracking.
- Verify and reconcile shipping documents with received goods to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with warehouse staff to manage stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve any discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to schedule shipments and deliveries.
- Minimize the involvement of external agents and third-party logistics providers in local transportation and other arrangements to reduce overall logistics costs.
- Negotiate shipping rates and contracts to optimize costs.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions, including shipping documents, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays in the logistics process.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to provide updates on shipment status, documents status and resolve any issues.
- Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance and metrics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
