**Role Description**

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sourcing and recruiting strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience in high volume recruiting preferred.
