Online Marketi Executive

Richer Enterprises is looking for a **skilled Online Marketing Executive** to manage and scale our online store through powerful advertising strategies and trending product selections. If you are an expert in **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)**, **ad content creation**, **product research**, and **campaign analytics**, we want you on our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and optimize **Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns**:

- Manage **Return to Origin (RTO)** ratio by targeting high-intent audiences
- Perform **market & trend research** to identify hot-selling / trending products
- Create **engaging ad creatives** using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
- Monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the content, design, and operations teams

**Key Skills Required**:

- **Meta Ads Management** (Facebook Business Manager)
- **Ad Creative Development** (Video, Image, Copy)
- **Performance Marketing**:

- **E-commerce Marketing**:

- **Product Research & Selection**:

- **Knowledge of RTO Reduction Strategies**:

- **Analytics Tools** (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Strong understanding of **CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA**:

- Ability to **analyze data and optimize campaigns**:

- Familiarity with **Shopify / WooCommerce / Amazon / Flipkart (optional)**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Paonta Sahib, Himachal Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
