**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and manage Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) with a focus on performance and ROI.
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies to improve campaign outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and Meta advertising.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 0.6 - 1 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Meta Ads.
- Proficient in campaign setup, performance tracking, audience targeting, and ad optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Must be based in Jaipur or open to relocation.
