- Meril manufactures medical solutions in the form of vascular intervention devices, orthopaedic supplements, in-vitro diagnostics, endo-surgery and ENT products. - Headquartered in India with a manpower of more than 4000, Meril currently conducts business in more than 100 countries. We have 100% subsidiaries in India, USA, Germany, Brazil, Russia, South Africa, Bangladesh and Turkey. We have set up operations in China and Japan too.
1. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons.
- Understand the Products issues faced by the customer and come up with an amicable solution.
- Act as the main point of contact between sales team, manufacturing & surgeons and address their inquiries and concerns.
2. Field Visits:
- Extensive travel to meet customers in person, providing a personalized and attentive service of complaint handling.
- Conduct on-site visits to help the sales & Marketing in addressing product related adversities.
3. Communication and Feedback:
- Collect feedback from customers and relay it to the internal teams for improvement.
- Ensure clear and effective communication between the company and customers.
4. Complaint Account Management:
- Personally attend product complaints of the accounts which are raised by the internal sales force
- Monitor and track client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
5. Issue Resolution:
- Identify and address customer issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to resolve customer problems effectively.
6. Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services.
- *Educate customer on how to use and benefit from the product offerings.
7. Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver regular field visit reports on customer satisfaction and account status.
- Use data and analytics to guide manufacturing in making strategic decisions.
**Requirements**:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in a field-based role. Freshers can still apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
- Knowledge of CRM software and tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Sales and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with the surgical industry and market will be a plus.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and trends.
