**Job Title**: Co-Founder (With Investment)

We are venturing into an AI-powered personalized women's wellness platform that uses advanced AI and NLP to provide tailored support Creating personalised life like women oriented solution. We aim to create a seamless, empathetic health experience for women.

**Role Overview**:
As a Co-Founder, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s strategic direction, pooling investment, and leading either the **Finance & Investment** or **Marketing & Growth** functions. You will work closely with the founding team to scale the venture and help establish its presence in the market. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring entrepreneurial drive, strategic thinking, and a passion for building a company from the ground up.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Depending on your domain expertise:_

**Finance & Investments Focus**:

- Lead fundraising efforts and build relationships with investors.
- Manage financial strategy, cash flow, and budgeting.
- Develop financial models, including projections and valuation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards.

**Marketing & Growth Focus**:

- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth strategies.
- Build and execute the marketing roadmap, including digital marketing, PR, and brand positioning.
- Lead the growth hacking strategy to optimize user base expansion.
- Develop partnerships and collaborations to drive visibility.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the CEO and founding team to define and execute the overall company vision.
- Act as a key decision-maker and partner in strategic planning.
- Pool in investment and resources to support company scaling.
- Lead a team and hire key members in your respective domain.

**Qualifications**:

- 7+ years of experience in either Finance/Investments or Marketing/Growth in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of driving successful fundraising campaigns or growth marketing initiatives.
- Strong network with investors (for finance role) or industry partners (for marketing role).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and scaling a startup.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Previous experience in the health/wellness sector is a plus.

**Compensation**:
Equity-based partnership, with potential for a salary as the business scales.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,489.96 per month
