If you’re someone who enjoys conversations, problem-solving, and thinking like a business owner, this role gives you a front-row seat to product development, growth, and customer success, all at once #Be the first point of contact for users: guiding them, solving queries, and ensuring every sharpely user has a delightful experience. ~ Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through thoughtful conversations… helping convert initial interest into high-intent prospects. ~ Work closely with the marketing and product teams to identify patterns and opportunities that drive stronger long-term lead conversion. ~ Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement, onboarding flows, and support documentation as we scale. #You’ll get a chance to work closely with leadership, and you will help them shape the direction of our customer experience and growth. ~ You’ll get to move into a core function (Customer Success, Sales, or Product) based on your strengths and performance. ~ Written and spoken (English proficiency is a must).
