- Monday to Saturday 10am to 7pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **GeM Portal Expertise**: Manage and maintain product listings on the GeM portal, ensure up-to-date information, and respond to queries related to product registrations and specifications.
- **Bid Preparation**: Prepare comprehensive and well-organized technical, financial, and commercial proposals for tenders.
- **Compliance Assurance**: Ensure that all tender submissions comply with the specified terms, conditions, and requirements, mitigating risks for the company.
- **Documentation Management**: Prepare, review, and manage the documentation required for the bidding process, ensuring all mandatory documents are included and up-to-date.
- **Market Research**: Continuously monitor government portals, including GeM, for new tender opportunities, and identify relevant tenders in line with the company’s capabilities.
- **Negotiation Support**: Support senior management in tender negotiations by providing insights and details from the tender documentation and process.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in tender management/ GeM portal
- **Tender Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the complete tendering process, including documentation, bidding, compliance, and proposal preparation.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with GeM portal functionalities.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to handle multiple tasks while ensuring complete accuracy and compliance with tender specifications.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage queries and correspond with clients, government bodies, and stakeholders.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet strict deadlines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
