- **JOB SUMMARY**

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Data Research Associate to assist in improving the operations and decision-making of our clients. The research analyst's responsibilities include researching, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data, and using the data to guide the customers. To be a successful data research associate, you should have excellent critical thinking, accountability of tasks, responsiveness and communication skills. You should be flexible and able to work independently or in a team.
- **RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Researching data from Google search engine.

2. Responding to tickets.

3. Collecting, analyzing and storing the data.

4. Maintaining excel/Google spreadsheets for various tasks.

5. To extract data from primary and secondary sources.
- **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**

1. Undergraduate/Graduate.
- **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

1. Bachelor’s degree.
- **SKILLS**

1. Proficiency in MS Office Skills (MS Excel, MS Word, etc.).

2. Good computer handling skills.

3. Good English communication, writing and listening skills.
