We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic 6+ Months experienced **Customer Support Executive (English)** to join our team.

**Experience**: 6 Months to 2 years of experience.

**Work Location**: Anna Nagar, Chennai (Near to Thirumangalam Metro)

**Working Days**: 5 Days (1st & 3rd Saturday is fixed off & All Sunday fixed off)

**Work Timings**: 10 AM to 7 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers within defined timelines.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up to ensure customer concerns are resolved to satisfaction.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Continuously learn about services, and processes to support customers effectively.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stay calm and patient while handling difficult situations.
