Marketing Coordinator

Any UG qualification from a good institute. Minimum 1year Experience as Marketing Coordinator for a reputed Company having good knowledge in MS - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate with the marketing team and Vendor to prepare Purchase Order related documents, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Ensure the adequacy of Marketing-related equipment or material.
- Co-ordinating with TSE for installation (required for some POP materials).
- Co-ordinating with TSE & Vendors for design execution and new requirements.
- To complete executions on time following a project chart.
- Bill passing and coordinating with Accounts team for vendor payments.
- Co-ordinating with Vendors / Media agencies
- Coordinating with Marketing team to execute promotional plans for Non - Performing stores
- SMS / Whatsapp campaigns for NSO and Non - performing stores - Coordination
- Co-ordinating with Marketing team in leads and increase walk-ins campaigns.
- Co-ordinating with HO & IT for GV promotions
- Co-ordination for store promotions for Festival days
- Coordinating with Vendors for Visuals and Signage installation for existing & New stores
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
