Office Coordinator

Front desk: Greeting visitors, employees, and vendors
- Organization: Maintaining filing systems, databases, and inventories, and keeping the office clean by housekeeping and stocked
- Scheduling: Coordinating meeting calendars, travel arrangements, and appointments
- Document preparation: Preparing, editing, and distributing documents, reports, and correspondence
- Equipment maintenance: Ensuring office equipment is working properly, and ordering supplies when needed
- Support: Assisting other team members as needed, and providing general support for projects
- Purchase & Accounting : Performing light accounting duties, such as preparing purchase orders, coordinating accounts for payments, follow ups
- Good practice of English typing, MS word, MS excel
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
