**Program Coordinator: International Internships | JC1162***: - Job Description: We are looking for someone who is extremely energetic and eager to learn about the functions of the IR Office. In this position, you will be working closely with our team and assisting them in completing various deliverables. Must be willing to help with any task assigned by the office in order to reach set goals and targets Description of the Role - As a Program Coordinator, you are responsible for the strategic development of a global partnership network that will facilitate internationalization activities and programs, along with the implementation of processes, procedures, and services that support the achievement of student recruitment and mobility targets - Should assist international internships, international volunteering, and develop potential new student mobility initiatives - Maintain records, agreements, and any other documents related to the above activities. - Highly developed interpersonal, communication and collaboration activities and presentation skills - Work closely with relevant faculty, administrators, directors, and staff **Requirements**: - A minimum of 3 - 6 years of relevant experience is preferred - Applicants must be a graduate/post-graduate from any degree background - Excellent communication skills - Fluency in English is a must - Strong time management & prioritization skills - Detail-oriented and meticulous with work - Goal-oriented, assertive, and a hands-on problem solver - Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects Personal Attributes - Proactive.
